We seek your understanding that plants are living things too so at the time of order, the plant/flowers might not look the same as it is in the online pictures. We at Chye Heng prides ourselves for delivering quality and good looking plants.

In the event that the plant that you ordered does not look good at the time of order, we will contact you personally via email or call to inform you. We will usually suggest to our customers other alternatives or refund the order.
